Handling outbound and inbound calls from warm leads to secure sales of financial services Carrying out consultations and advising on the most appropriate product/service Providing accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all the features of the service and are given the highest level of customer care Adhering to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times Working towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Package and Benefits: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will receive:
An annual salary of £32,000 with uncapped commission OTE – £50,000 23 days holiday plus bank holidays An annual company bonus Regular social events and incentives Onsite parking
The ideal Senior Sales Executivewill have:
Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment in positions such as Sales Executive, New Business Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor or other similar sales roles Experience working inbound and outbound sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills GCSE level education – B-Cs in Maths and English The ability to understand complex products and advise on suitable services Experience of managing a pipeline of customers Confidence, ambition and a desire to succeed
