Description
Credit Controller responsibilities include:
- Chasing Clients for Purchase Orders
- Producing Client based monthly reports
- Inputting Sales Invoices and Credit Notes
- Reduce Aged Debtors and minimise bad debt risk
- Responding and resolving all internal and external invoice queries
- Ensure adherence to month end deadlines
- Creation of new customer accounts
- Provide invoices and statements on request
- Liaising with clients regarding invoicing queries
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Profile
- Experience working within Credit Control - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Strong analytic skills - Desirable
- Good organisational and time management skills - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
