Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering inbound call queries in a professional manner
  • Fact find and build rapport whilst resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Resolving client complaints
  • To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times
  • Supporting new customers through the processes whilst ensuring compliance is to a n excellent standard

Skills for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • We would like to hear from you if you have experience as a; Inbound Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Business Advisor or similar customer service experience
  • Have a positive and productive attitude
  • Grade A-C in English and Maths is essential
