HR Manager Sale, Manchester £60,000 - £65,000 per annum Due to recent growth, a global business is recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Sale on a permanent basis. Do you have a proven track history working at HRBP level or equivalent? Are you a strong HR Generalist with a sound knowledge of employment law and current legislation? Duties of the HR Manager role will include:

  • Leading the people agenda across the head office and other offices in the UK
  • Review and refine the current company processes, updating accordingly
  • Provide advice, coach, and influence improvements across the business
  • Manage grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations
  • Develop a high performance culture, support staff performance, and implement reward/recognition schemes accordingly
  • Provide accessible core HR services across the business
  • Manage compliance for the business and ensure policies are in line with employment law and best practice
  • Design and implement a strategic internal resourcing plan to meet current and future workforce requirements. Conduct interviews, making recommendations and managing the onboarding process and new starter inductions

You will have good business acumen, strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult and influence senior management across the business. Experience working for a global business would be desirable but not essential. The salary will be £60,000-£65,000 per annum depending on experience. There will be an element of flexibility with regards to working from home but due to the nature of the role, ideally it is weighted more so to being in the office.
