This is an ideal position for a science graduate who is looking for their first step in their career within a scientific laboratory. Key responsibilitiesFirst point of contact for all external client technical enquires Assis the laboratory in applying the best practice and interpretation of results.Responsible for reporting and communicating results to internal clients via emailKeep up to date with analytical testing happening within the laboratory with external clients RequirementsPrevious experience in client services and customer services role is desiredPrevious experience in working within fast paced role is desiredExcellent computer skills and knowledge in using Microsoft packages such as Excel Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and written skills
