Job Introduction We are looking for someone to join our small and friendly team as a Medical Secretary! This is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours per week working 9:00am - 5:00pm. The role is based in Derby Court, Trowbridge with some flexibility for home working. However, there is an expectation that you will work from our hub at least one day a week. Main Responsibilities - Type and forward Reports on to professionals and parents by required deadlines - To send out children’s questionnaires as required - To liaise with other professionals as necessary - Manage Team tasks and outlook mailbox - To be point of contact to answer any queries or concerns from clinical staff - Excellent written and oral communication skills requiring tact and diplomacy, accuracy and attention to detail - Experienced touch typist (preferably audio) - Experience of proactively managing a busy workload - Able to work as part of a close team Please refer to the job description for more information regarding the main responsibilities and person specification for this role.
