We are looking for experienced Support workers, to work for our client in Trowbridge in their supported living services!

This is the ideal role if you are looking for a fully flexible position where no day is the same!

You will be able to pick and choose the hours and services you want to work in !

The Role

You will be passionate about helping others to live their best lives.

You will support individuals with varying needs from learning difficulties and physical disabilities, those those with autism and behaviours that may challenge.

This role will require you to provide high quality individualised support to enable the service users to live their best lives.

By providing person centred support in all aspects of their day to day lives, from morning routines and support in taking medication, to preparing meals, attending appointments and accessing the community.

You will follow support plans to enable each individual to be as independent as possible.

You will be a hardworking and motivated individual, and have the confidence and experience to be able to hit the ground running in each service, and to be able to adapt to each service user’s preference.
