Office Admin Assistant

Office accounts/general assistant required to carry out office duties within a small company.

Must have knowledge and experience of Xero accounts software.

Duties required.

Sales/Purchase ledger processing.

Invoicing.

Bank reconciliations.

Cash/Bank receipt allocation.

Filing of reports/job sheets.

Answering incoming calls.

General admin duties.

Payroll / Time sheets.

Hours - Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Ideally you will have carried out a similar role.
