We are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and expanding lettings team based in Stalybridge and covering the areas of Tameside and Greater Manchester.
The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience of lettings and property management.
5 day working week, Monday to Saturday, with Wednesday off. (Saturdays 09:00 to 15:00 and 1 in every 4 Saturdays off)
The job role encompasses all aspects of lettings and property management.
You will be dealing with the day to day running of our rental properties including property viewings, property inspections, move ins, check outs and everything in between.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well as part of the team but also independently in a fast paced environment.

A full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for business use is essential.
