Bar/restaurant Supervisor

you will

  • work in excess of 45 hours per week, including bank holidays for full time and 16-28 hours for part time
  • open/close business
  • prepare cash drawer and float
  • help the manager train/motivate staff ensuring bar, waiter and kitchen staff are working as a team
  • respond to customer queries and complaints when required
  • meet and greet customers and organise table reservations
  • accept stock/deliveries
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene & health and safety
  • appropriately delegate tasks to staff
  • comply with licensing and legal requirements
  • liaise with manager and business owners
  • undergo all E-Learning courses set out by the company

we are looking for someone with restaurant/bar experience to work a long side the manager helping them run and maintain our new business venture making it a success.

you will receive appropriate holiday entitlement, free meal when on shift and keep all your own tips.

salary will be above minimum wage
