We are leading the revolution to create a future full of ambitious and determined individuals in the automotive industry.We are currently looking for a Site Maintenance person to carry out all general maintenance jobs for sites to ensure standards and safety are adhered to. This role will be based across our Scotland sites so travel will be required. What you will do Ensure all maintenance activities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards Assess incidents, complaints, problems for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the situation Collaborates with internal and external personnel Delivering planned and property maintenance on the following: Painting, Window Cleaning, Roof Debris Removal, Gardening Respond quickly to any emergencies Purchase all material / equipment necessary for each individual maintenance task Liaise weekly with Property Administrator on tasks for following week Assist Property Director with new builds, refurbs, upgrades & any small works required to improve the business Assessing site risks Adhering to health and safety regulations What you will need Certificates required – IPAF & PASMAFirst Aid Certification preferableDriving LicenceAsbestos Awareness requiredRelevant building maintenance experienceHealth and Safety knowledgeGood communication skills both written and verbalCreate and maintain working relationships with colleagues and visiting contractors What's in it for you 30 days holiday rising with length of serviceWorld class training delivered by the PV Academy to enhance your careerEmployee discounts & lease cars options through the PV Cares schemeHighflyer Incentives – would you like to win a trip to Vegas?
