SEN Support Worker

We are actively seeking Children Learning Disability Support Workers to work within an award-winning service located in and around Leyland . The service is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 6 -19 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. All the houses offer a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room and conservatory as well as a meeting area and activities room. Overview: Title: Children's Learning Disability Support Worker Location: Leyland Job Type: Permanent Shifts: 7:30AM - 4PM / 4PM - 10pM Pay: £440 - £472 per week (Weekly Pay!) You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals. The candidate: What you'll need to be successful as a 'Childrens Learning Disability Support Worker A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with Learning disabilities Empathetic, caring and resilient nature At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one The right to work in the UK Interested?
