Customer Service Centre Advisor Location: Wigston, LE18

Salary : £20,250 per annum Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week, 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 2 or 3 working from home - Fridays always at home Type: Temporary ongoing Are you able to build strong relationships with customers? Do you know your way around a computer and have strong IT skills? Are you immediately available? If so, this is the role for you! Flowers Associates are currently hiring a Customer Service Centre Advisor for a well-established company based in Wigston, LE18, on a temporary ongoing contract. The Role The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Proactively checking and updating customer information

  • Provide accurate and order-specific updates/information to customers

  • Taking payments for memberships, training licenses, workbooks, courses, and certificates

  • Information on how to join the company

  • Previous experience in Customer Services / Call centres

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written

  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office

  • Organise, prioritise, and manage your time well

  • We are looking for a ‘Can do Attitude’, you are able to take ownership and accountability

  • Be able to follow processes in a timely and efficient manner Extra information:
