Customer Service Advisor - 8 Month Ftc

We're looking for experienced Customer Service professionals with administrative skills to join a leading professional organisation on a fixed-term basis for 8 months.

As Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following duties and responsibilities :

  • Understanding company products and talking to customers about them, upselling where appropriate
  • Taking payments, raising invoices and ensuring payments and/or refunds are properly processed
  • Processing event bookings, collating event resources dealing with any associated queries regarding these
  • Providing first-line technical support to customers who are experiencing issues with online systems
  • Being the main point of contact for designated key suppliers, ensuring service levels are adhered to
  • Preparing data and reports for colleagues as requested

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience :

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an office role involving both customer service and a range of administrative duties
  • GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • IT proficient, with the ability to use MS Office at an intermediate level or above
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written correspondence
  • Self-motivated, with a helpful and positive approach.
  • Confident working to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Hours of work :

  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid working pattern, initially 1 day working from home during training for approximately 1 month. Thereafter, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office each week.

Salary and benefits :
