The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the EYFS framework experience in a nursery setting and a genuine desire to contribute to the development and early education of children. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and educational activities that meet the EYFS standards. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the individual needs of each child. Observe and record childrens progress sharing outcomes with the nursery team and parents. Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to safeguarding policies. Additional duties may be assigned in alignment with our nurserys needs and your professional development. Who Were Looking For: A passionate individual with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent committed to delivering exceptional care and education to young children. The ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment is essential. Job Requirements: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience working in a nursery setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child safeguarding practices. Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
