Description We are looking to recruit a Tablet Administrator to be part of our busy and friendly team reporting to the Service Desk Manager.  Ideally, we are looking for someone with demonstrable practical experience in mobile device support, strong communication and organisational skills. The position involves setting up and deploying mobile devices to our clients, as well as stock handling and recycling.  Key Responsibilities Setting up of mobile devices. Use a service checker to diagnose the best SIM Card to send customers.  Setting up mailboxes and applications via a third-party app.  Using our tablet MDM software to rename devices and structuring them in folders.  Following the returns process for old devices.  Basic office duties such as audit forms, post and packaging, monthly reports etc.   Supporting mobile devices utilising MDM tools. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Quick learner. Basic understanding of Hardware and mobile devices.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised. Good attention to detail. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to effectively manage own workload.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Experience working with Hardware and mobile devices.  Knowledge of MDM software.  Experience working with SIM Card management portals.   Experiencing in carrying out Audits and stocktakes.  Experience of working with Excel.
