Basic Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Advisor working at our busy vehicle damage repair centre at our High Ercall site.

What you’ll be doing :

• Maintain parts stock and stock records
• Process parts orders efficiently
• Assisting with vehicle damage assessment’s
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

What we need from you :

• Previous experience with manufacturer parts or similar
• Knowledge of motor vehicles essential
• Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
• Excellent relationship building with clients
• Is highly organised and adaptable
• Team Player
