Do you want to progress and take on more responsibility? We work with major retailers around the county, working closely with them to deliver their store change programs. We are looking for people who are motivated and take pride in their work. We have great training opportunities to progress up to Team leader levels. Working as a merchandiser within a team on site your role includes: - Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales. - Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard. - Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping. - Lifting and manual handling up to 25kgs may be involved. - Working at pace Location: Field Based, regionalised, however travelling, and staying away from home is required Working Hours: Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paidbreak. Work pattern: Some days, mostly Nights 8pm – 7am, must be available at weekends. Pay: Starting at £11.44 we can pay up to £12.01 for more skilled members of the team. (T&Cs apply) Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, however we offer a training plan to applicants with a great work attitude. Work is project based, no contracted weekly hours, although we have a busy 2024 ahead. Training days may be provided in May but the majority of works starting from June.
