About The Role Are you an experienced Lifting Engineer ready for your next career move to a Company that really values your contribution and can offer you award-winning training opportunities? As a Lifting Equipment Engineer you’ll be responsible for carrying out on-site inspection, testing, adjustment and maintenance of mechanical and electrical aspects of lifting and handling equipment. Maintaining and repairing equipment within the range, from Block Grabs and Hoists to Lanyards and Rescue Winches, along with a dedicated repair and inspection service. You’ll carry out fault finding procedures, recognise the defective items, conduct the necessary repairs effectively and restore the equipment to a safe working condition. You’ll also have the capability, when designated, to organise, progress and carry out major installations and have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop.We are looking for candidates who are motivated and keen to learn about our specialist products and build their industry knowledge.What can we offer you in return?  You’ll be joining a highly successful FTSE100 company, the UK’s largest equipment rental provider.
