Gaming & Entertainment Manager
Fieldbased
The role will be to collaborate with the Operations team and Senior Gaming & Entertainment Manager to help maximise gaming revenue across areas of responsibility, providing an expert support service to help Greene King maximise gaming and entertainment.Using the latest products and gaming machines, balancing payment types and price of play, density, location, whilst maintaining a fun and socially responsible experience for our customers. Ultimately to lead, drive and maximise this experience. Assisting theSenior Gaming & Entertainment Manager to manage our gaming and entertainment partners.
There are four Gaming & Entertainment Managers for retail - Two with responsibility for LP and two with responsibility for DFB & PUV.
Role Responsibilities

To Deliver the gaming machine P&L with regions of responsibility.

Assist the Senior Gaming & Entertainment Manager in executing the gaming and entertainment plan:

Attend the OMs regional meetings to provide updates on progress within the region against the agreed gaming and entertainment plan.

Attend the BDM meetings (minimum once a year each BDM) to explain the plan and provide and update on key area metrics.

Attend development briefs and to agree with the PM, BDM & GM the optimum gaming experience utilising the right product and payment type, density, location for each pub.

Work with the BDMs to ensure the 5 steps to gaming machine success is understood and lives in every business.

Agree with BDM & GM how best to achieve the right product and payment type, density, location, in the right pub, every time.

Teach, train and coach across the BDMs and PLT on all aspects of G&E.

Hold regular review meetings with suppler Account Managers and supply partners to monitor the performance of all gaming and entertainment products within the region, arranging for game upgrades, gaming machines changes and security checks as required.

Advise OM, BDM and GM of different sales driving options.
About you
- You will have experience of gaming products within a retail environment.
- You will have experience of dealing with supplier management.
- You will have sound knowledge of entertainment / sales driving.
