Territory Sales Manager Full time, permanent £35,000 - £43,000 Bonus: £3,500 - £6,000 Company Van + fuel allowance

I am currently working with a local business based in Bury St Edmunds who require a Sales Manager to work for their office but fully remotely. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible to develop and maintain a close and professionalrelationship with our ‘Dealers’ and customers to ensure a consistent high-quality service and sales support. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets within the Company’s pricing policy through the development of existing and the generation ofnew ‘Dealers / customers’ within your territory.

What is the day-to-day of the role :

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and development of existing accounts on own territory.
  • Introduction of new dealer accounts.
  • Visit end users on behalf of the dealer on site to utilize product and sales training, maximising the products, features and value.
  • Manage introduction of new products (sales, technical advice and training).
  • Working with ‘CRM’ to report all contact and activity with the dealer partners to manage work load and information flow.
  • Liaise with the training department to arrange staff training.
  • Interface with marketing regarding dealer support activity and merchandising.
  • Represent Festool UK at trade shows and exhibitions providing professional presentations and demonstrations of the features and benefits of Festool tools.
  • Liaise with internal sales supporting our dealer and customers.
  • Maintain all company equipment to working order (tools, vehicles, electronics).

Required skills and qualifications :

  • Excellent sales skills: written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and have the drive, capability and confidence to lead dealer visits.
  • Proven sales background providing strategic and tactical sales achievements.
  • Be self-reliant, engaging and assertive operating in a structured sales environment.
  • Professional, highly motivated as well as strong analytic, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct presentations, training and product knowledge.
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of software packages MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
