As a Customer Fleet Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of one of our key customer accounts - Network Rail. This exciting opportunity will help us deliver exceptional customer service as we continue to grow. Acting as a day-to-day liaison you will work collaboratively across the business with colleagues of all levels. Our office is based in Trowbridge but we're passionate about the benefits of hybrid working, all we ask is for a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.Some of your key duties will include: Taking full ownership of our customer portfolio, and reviewing performance on a daily basisManaging issues, and working with the relevant teams to secure satisfactory resolutions for the customerMaintain strong relationships internally and externally What are we looking for? You're likely to have excellent relationship-building skills both internally and externally. You have a natural desire to improve things and can show versatility in how you handle problems. You hold strong interpersonal skills and get a kick out of seeing results. Having industry experience or exposure to fleet management would be desirable but not essential in order to thrive in this role.Also, we're looking for the following: Great problem-solving skillsA passion for great customer satisfactionAble to use your own initiative and work autonomouslyExcellent communication skills both written and verballyGood knowledge of fleet management & operational services, including areas such as compliance, downtime, and technical services What can we offer you?
