Apprenticeship Assessor - Remote - Permanent - £28,000 per annum Are you an experienced Assessor? Do you have experience of delivering and assessing Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading or Management? Are you looking to help the minds of tomorrow? A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing Providers of Apprenticeship Training. This Provider delivers both Apprenticeships and Commercial Training in the workplace and at classes within their Essex based Training Centre. They are currentlyexpanding their team and are looking for an Assessor of Generic & Business Subjects. You will be a self-starter and can reach well informed and clear decisions. Excellent organisation, communication and administration skills. Key responsibilities: - Ensure that each person completes the programme - Mentor the apprentices during their apprenticeship - To undertake appropriate initial assessment of learners - To prepare and produce scheme of work and session plans - To assess learner’s performance in the workplace - To deliver Functional Skills qualifications - To work with employers to maintain own caseload of learners - To maintain up-to-date and accurate records - To provide on-going information, advice and guidance with learners for them to reach their aspirations Essential Requirements: - Experience in assessing Business Admin or Customer Service or Team Leading - Assessing Qualification is essential - Level 2 literacy and numeracy - Good communication and presentation skills - Knowledge and understanding of new standards - Knowledge of funding streams and funding requirements for the delivery of Apprenticeships All employees must undertake a DBS check, renewable every 3 years.
