As an SEN Specialist (Complex Needs), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their learning and development.   The Role: As an SEN Specialist (Complex Needs), you will be responsible for providing tailored support and interventions to students with a range of complex needs, including but not limited to autism, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments. Whether it's adapting curriculum materials, providing one-to-one support, or collaborating with external agencies, you will play a crucial role in promoting inclusion and enabling students to thrive in a mainstream school setting.   Key Responsibilities: - Assessing students' individual needs and devising personalised support plans - Delivering targeted interventions and strategies to support students' learning and development - Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure coordinated support for students - Monitoring and evaluating students' progress and adjusting support strategies as needed - Providing guidance and support to staff on best practices for supporting students with complex needs   Requirements: - Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or related field - Experience working with students with complex needs in an educational setting - Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in SEN provision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues - Dedication to safeguarding and child protection, with a commitment to promoting the welfare of all students   Benefits: - Competitive daily rate of £70 - £100 per day - Opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment - Access to professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of SEN provision - Chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs - Potential for career progression and advancement within the school     How to Apply: If you are an experienced SEN Specialist with a passion for supporting students with complex needs, we want to hear from you!
