£11.45 p/hr Would you like to work amongst the action at Newbury Racecourse? You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering exceptional horse racing events. Roles Available: Restaurant Waiting - Serving canapes and a glass of champagne to guest, taking food orders, menu knowledge and understanding the requirements for a smooth order of service Bartenders - Knowledge of wine and spirits and a pro active work ethic Box Waiter - Working independently with your own initiative looking after a small number of guests, knowledge of wine and spirits, dealing with high end clients and menu knowledge Food Runner/Drinks Runner - Taking food and drinks to tables with instructions from management from the bar and the kitchen Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery and sales of our delicious range of food and drink to our racecourse guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile. You will be working effectively alongside chefs, managers, and other employees of Newbury Racecourse to ensure a smooth delivery of service, to our guests.
