Role title :Senior Manager, _VOIS HR Projects, Change & Governance Function :_VOIS HR Reports to : Head of HR_VOIS Location :UK

Role purpose : The role will be the strategic HR Project Lead for _VOIS globally, manage _VOIS HR governance and change management. The role will be responsible for:

  • Lead and drive key strategic HR projects for _VOIS, working with the Head of HR
  • Partner in the delivery of change management to drive significant change (e.g. strategic change, cultural change, digital/organizational transformation) born out of specific project requirements and improving EXX during major change

Key accountabilities and decision ownership : A. Business & Change Management- Support Head of HR in the day-to-day business governance activities supporting _VOIS and Group HR Transformation and Operations

  • Partner with key stakeholders for annual HR budget and headcount planning exercises
  • Partner with Heads of Strategy/IO/HR/Service Lines in the delivery of the change management strategy
  • Ensure HR readiness for all _VOIS/Group level reviews (e.g. QBR, Risk management & compliance, FRHR etc)
  • Contribute to the execution of related strategies and directions through expertise in overall change management, providing consultancy and advice to the Head of HR and/or _VOIS HRLT
  • Ensure governance of HRLT agenda through in-depth understanding of the business’ priorities in order to enable fast decision making and smooth implementation of decisions.
  • B. HR Project Lead- Contribute to the delivery of cross-company HR projects (LEGO, Future Ready HR, Skills Hubs, International Remote hiring etc.)
  • Act as an interface between relevant internal and external partners, providing regular project reports and updates through the tracking of project status.

Key performance indicators :

  • Delivery of strategic projects as per agreed milestones and expectations
  • Successful delivery of organizational change management programs
  • Successful delivery of HR budgets
  • Effective management of _VOIS HR risks and compliance

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • 8+ years of experience in large complex organisations preferably in HR
  • Impact and influence - ability to influence senior leaders working across the organisation both _VOIS & Group
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking - credibility in expertise
  • Very strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Project management experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters’ level degree - ideal
  • Project Management/PMP/Prince/Agile
