Broadview are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

Broadview is part of Aspris Children's Services, one of the UK’s leading providers of children's homes, schools and colleges for young people with complex needs. A five-bedroom children's home providing care and support for children and young people with a diagnosis of ASD and learning difficulties. Children may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.

A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare is essential, as well as previous experience within a residential childcare setting along with the following characteristics: Are you ready to make a real and lasting difference? As a Shift Leader you will lead your assigned shift taking responsibility for a small team of staff and a group of young people to ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic wellbeing.

This is a 52-week post, working 42.75 hours per week. You will work in the residential setting and must be prepared to work on a shift system including early late and weekend shifts.
