Description Sales ExecutiveNorth of Englaand Excellent package plus vehicle, expenses, training & development If you are a proven new business developer working in the wood treatment or coatings industry and would like to take on a new challenge, working for a business that has seen significant growth and investment in the last few years and where you will be given autonomy, healthy accounts to manage and realistic BD growth targets, this is the Sales role for you.Job role / duties•Devise and deliver sales strategy in line with company SMT •Identify opportunities within the market for both existing and prospect clients•Work alongside the Sales Director and Social Media Manager to plan digital support campaigns into untapped locations•Update and monitor ERP and CRM •Ensure regular account customer meetings to examine performance & support •Ensure up to date and ongoing training for customers & end users •Arrange & deliver training events •Attend exhibitions and trade showsTo be considered for this role you MUST:•Have proven sales ability in the wood treatment or flooring industry •Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills •Be a good collaborator at all levels•Be an effective time manager •Be an influencer and possess tenacity and entrepreneurialism
