Early Years Teacher - Nuneaton

Currently recruiting for part/full time Early Years Teachers across the Nuneaton area, starting from September Your new company Hays Education are currently recruiting for Early years Teachers across the Nuneaton area. This will be on a part time or full time on a flexible basis. You will be working as an Early year's teacher for one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK enablingyou to gain the best experiences and skills whilst working with one of our partnership primary schools in your preferred area. Your new role As you will be working as an Early Years teacher your main responsibilities will be teaching and deliver engaging activities motivating children to help them learn and develop their understanding. You will be teaching and conducting activities for nursery andreception children aged between 2-5. You must ensure that the teaching is done in a safe and secure environment and in a way where the children can develop their communication and social skills. You will be assessing the children's behaviour as well as recordingany achievements they make. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful Early year's teacher you must have a welcoming and nurturing environment when providing the children with a start with their learning. You should be patient when teaching children at such small age. You must have a Qualified teacher statusor have experience teaching in Early years schools or preschool. You must be a passionate and an approachable teacher so that these children are able to interact confidently all whilst being professional.
