Pure Energy are a market leading renewable energy company based in Essex installing a wide range of award-winning products.

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers with updates to engineers’ diaries (booking site visit dates for remedial works/amending install dates, times, etc)
  • Perform customer service tasks for existing customers based on their queries, reconnecting monitoring devices, offering remote support on products
  • Assist the company director and operations manager with administrative duties
  • Liaise with company sales representatives, management staff and product manufactures daily
  • Following up with install teams regarding booked work
  • Calling customers to obtain payments for deposits and balance (after completion of installation)
  • Completing handover paperwork and sending onto customers
  • Registering warranty documents

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Proficient with technology and experience with IT systems (crucial)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (crucial)
  • Experience with CRM software (bonus)
  • General understanding of Android and iOS devices along with Windows and Mac operating systems (bonus)

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch period.

This would be an office-based role, based in Thurrock, Essex.

Job Types : Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 9 months

Salary : £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
