Static / Weighbridge Security Officer (**)

Hours: On average 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 6 on 3 off, Monday to Sunday 07:00am - 19:00pm & 19:00pm - 07:00am. Pay rate: £12.00 per hour.What's in it for you? Responsibilities: This is a physical role requiring the applicant to conduct patrols and to work operating the Weighbridge.Protect the sites property and employees against loss or damage.Reception duties ensuring that only authorised persons are granted site access.Controlling access and egress of vehicles in accordance with Site Instructions (SI’s).Operating the Weighbridge as per Local Operating Procedures (LOP’s).Patrolling by foot as directed by the SI’s.Monitoring CCTV and reacting in accordance with LOP’s, SI’s and ICO guidelines.Undertaking other duties as required, these may be outside your normal duties but will be required to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the business.Must project a confident and helpful image at all times.To report to the Client and Kingdom, matters regarding Health and Safety. About you: A valid SIA licence.Own transport required.A full five year checkable employment history.Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Surveillance skills.Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal. Have a good level of judgement professionalism. IT skills.
