Up to £75k base plus 100% uncapped commission and £5k car allowance and benefits

How you’ll make your mark: As Public Sector Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a sales team which focuses on selling and adoption and expansion of our product and service portfolio with our public sector clients, especially the NHS. About you: You will help drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration into public sector accounts. You will recruit and develop high performance teams that are customer obsessed. In addition, you will be responsible for building your go-to-market initiatives acrossfunctional teams, specialists and partner teams to help further develop our public sector market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating an in depth knowledge of the public sector segment, providing thought leadership and guidance around how we can level up in our support to the public sector.
  • Accountable for business growth across the public sector, driving our market share and revenue increases.
  • Collaborating with Business Unit Sales Teams (Specialists, Channel Partners, and Alliance Partners) to fully leverage all of the company's products and technology offerings.
  • Taking a leadership role in building out overall sales strategy, cost optimization, and disciplined process management.
  • Ensuring optimum sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources and different routes to markets.
  • Ensuring resource deployment encompasses end-to-end selling support

Education and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years experience in a public sector sales leadership position
  • Good understanding, relationships and credibility in the UK public sector
  • Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.
