Company Description

  • Work with the Senior Revenue & Retention Manager to achieve SMARTY’s revenue aspirations.
  • Help create commercial programmes and tactical activity - predominantly through base management - to achieve revenue goals in an on-brand SMARTY way: Simple, honest mobile.
  • Help to create and coordinate SMARTY’s revenue performance. Report performance to all key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with CRM (& other key stakeholders) to create compelling, on-brand base management plans.
  • Monetise the launch of new propositions through CRM but consistent with SMARTY brand values.
  • Manage the in-life revenue of key revenue-driving programmes and initiatives-Add-ons, out-of-bundle revenue, Next Best Offer, lifecycle comms. Including in-flight and strategic changes to key programmes to optimise performance.
  • Explore all options to create new revenue-driving opportunities for SMARTY.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a commercial / P&L role or CRM role
  • Numerate individual who can create complex business cases, map out detailed forecasts and report complex results
  • Previous experience of working with customer bases and understands the importance of CVM & CRM
  • Has worked closely with a Marketing CRM team, or has prior experience in Marketing/CRM
  • Experience of managing propositions/products in-life, optimising and monetising them

  • The salary range for this role starts at £37,200, the exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
