We have a vacancy for a Senior Administrator / Admin Manager for the position of Database Workpack Lead on the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C project.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all care and maintenance documentation is prepared, associated to electronic work packs and is executed and collated in line with relevant requirements.
  • Ensure C&M reports are available and produced from the electronic system
  • Ensure engagement of care and maintenance supervisor/teams in the submission of records
  • Ensuring compliance with Nuclear licence conditions and Lifetime Records associated to care and maintenance.
  • Ensure all database care and maintenance activities are completed in a time sensitive manner
  • Provide electronic work packs to site teams
  • Manage change management of all requirements within the system for care and maintenance
  • Manage the collation of punchlist evidence associated to the care and maintenance activities

Requirements : Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or Equivalent) / Minimum 5 years Administration experience in an office environment
  • Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher)

Experience

  • Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector.
  • Experienced in using software systems/databases
  • Excellent MS word/excel skills

NG Bailey on the Hinkley Point C Project

We are working across both Hinkley Point C units to deliver the infrastructure that will power the station and its operations, creating 1,000 jobs including many specialist engineers. Works include the design and installation of circa 76,000 cables totalling over 3,000km in length; over 180km of cable containment support systems; fire and environmental sealing; design and installation of earthing systems, and specialist packages associated with data acquisition and plant control.
