Core responsibilities :
- Track external accounting developments.
- Assist in preparation of Audit committee paper for review and approval of Group dividends.
- Supporting Group Chief Accountant and local teams in preparing and reviewing restructuring business cases.
- Build a strong working relation with colleagues within the team and across the groups finance teams.
- Other areas the team covers includes - reporting - group press releases / annual report, audit, learning & training and you will be required to carry out work within these areas also alongside your core responsibilities.
Person specification :
- Qualified accountant
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
