Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their team based in central London.

Reporting to CFO you will be responsible for a variety of areas covering the operations for but not limited to.

  • Contractor Time Sheet submission/processing
  • Pay and Bill
  • Invoice query
  • Payroll
  • Process Improvement
  • Monthly reporting
  • Analysis
  • Ad hoc Projects

This is a varied role which will involve mentoring and developing the finance team and ensuring they provide the best support to the business.

This is a progressive role due to the growth plans of the company and will require and dynamic and ambitious person who can provide strategic input as well as taking a hands-on approach to make sure things are continuously improving.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a Recruitment company and enjoy a challenging and growing role.
