Teaching Personnel is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 HLTA to join a partner secondary SEN school in Bolton. Role and Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering tailored educational programs to students with special needs. Assist in planning and implementing engaging, activity-based lessons that cater to individual learning plans. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Lead classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity in the learning process. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment. Utilise the school’s advanced facilities to enhance learning and support student development. Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Qualifications and Experience: Level 3 HLTA qualification or equivalent. Proven ability to lead classes and manage classroom dynamics effectively. A compassionate and patient approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
