Team Leader/supervisor

As team leader you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of a team of individuals. This may include setting goals and objectives for the team, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing support and guidance to team members to help them meet their goals, whilst leading from the front line.

Some of your specific duties may include:

• Assessing the skills and abilities of team members and assigning tasks and responsibilities based on their strengths and development needs
• Providing guidance and support to team members to help them meet their goals and perform their tasks effectively
• Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team
• Identifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the team
• Setting goals and objectives for the team and developing action plans to achieve them
• Evaluating the performance of team members and providing feedback to help them improve and grow
• Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new team members, then training to a high standard
• Leading your team from the front line during busy periods.
• Having great input into the venues social media.

As a team leader you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively under pressure, whilst maintaining your can do attitude.

Salary : £10.00-£11.50 per hour
