Whoever said Jack of all trades, master of none has obviously never met you. You have a way around tools and when you begin to work your magic, you’re an artist creating a masterpiece.

You’re skilled in undertaking all sorts of plumbing and carpentry tasks and have experience servicing industrial, commercial, and domestic buildings. This includes repair of wet systems to address active leaks, including works on polypropylene pipework systemand drywall repairs/patch repairs to fire compartmentation.

With the sixth sense of a spider, you can spot faulty connections as quickly as a housefly buzzes out of harm’s way. It’s that level of attention to detail that makes you great at your job. So, you’re able to repair or replace fire stopping materials, applyfungicidal treatment and modify locks in fire doors efficiently. And all this will need to be done according to predetermined and documented repair requirements and you would need to ensure that these are also carried out according to documented compliancerequirements.

You’re sociable and work well with others, which is important because as well as being part of the wider project team, you’ll be delivering scoped packages of work in smaller teams of three. You’ll also be eager to learn more because there’ll always be roomfor growth.

You must have an NVQ 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry or the City and Guilds 6035 equivalent. Or a C&G 6217 - Multi-skills course/ NVQ equivalent.

You must also have a full UK driving licence and CSCS Operative would be desirable.

Salary : £30,800 per annum Location: Tidworth 18 Month Contract Please note: Our garrisons are tobacco free working environments. As part of this role, you will be required to obtain security clearance prior to starting with us
