Network Team Lead - Birmingham / London - Up to £55,000 My client, a leading cloud focused MSP with household-name clients are looking for a Network Team Lead to join their highly functional connectivity team. We are looking for an experienced team leader with a background in networking. You will be primarily responsible for the management of a team of Network Engineers. You will also be expected to work closely with other departments in the business to deliverquality control during Service Transition and go-live of critical business projects.

Selected Responsibilities; :

• Ensuring the Service Levels and SLAs within the team are consistently reached.
• Proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure best possible service from the Network team
• Ability to deliver technical details to clients in an appropriate manner.

Required from you;

• Experience of working within an MSP/ISP or similar
• Understanding of ITIL protocols and ITSM tools
• Experience in a Leadership/Management position in a technical team.
• Excellent understanding of networking protocols and security.
• Strong communication skills & ability to establish key working relationships within a business
