Job Title: Head of Contracts
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Midlands/National Projects

Are you an experienced divisional manager with a history of running project management teams? Can you streamline priorities for a national site programme and ensure accurate reporting across all jobs?
We have been appointed on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced senior construction managers within the façade or MMC sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are one of the market leaders in their field. As a Head of Contracts, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring & guiding a team of project managers who are delivering projects nationally for a tier 1 contractor client base.
Your background in managing project management teams will be essential as you will be expected to mentor and guide project managers through the full project life cycle as well as streamlining the reporting process between project managers, the board of directors and external clients.
As a Head of Contracts you will:Manage & develop a team of project managersCreate build programmes to a high standardReport back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progressTravel to sites around the UK for strategic meetings as requiredOversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handoverWe would welcome conversations with Heads of Contract who:Have a background in delivering façade projects for a tier 1 contractor client baseWill be able to manage a diverse teamCan demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationshipsAre able to create monthly reports on project updatesHave experience using different software's such as Asta power project & MS OfficePossess the willingness to travel Nationally for projects when requiredIn return you can expect:£80,000 - £90,000 p/a SalaryCar AllowanceTravel Expenses21 days holiday + Bank HolidaysWellness programmeIf you are interested in this role please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.Key Skills: Head of Contracts, JCT, NEC, Facades, MMC, New Build, Manufacturing
