This is delivered by our hard-working, talented teams who continually drive the business forward.Key DutiesManage your own workload and ensure that work is completed to the standard required and any work outstanding is continued by the following shift.Complete the work that comes from Audits, Work Requests and PPM follow ups.Ensure you apply Health and Safety and Food Safety standards to all work undertaken.Support all staff within your team and ensure targets/kpi’s are achieved.Manage Health and Safety of external contractors on site when required and ensure those areas are clean and tidy upon completion.Ensure all machinery/equipment meets site standards and all sub conditions are dealt with or escalated accordingly.Control and manage the ordering and quantity of engineering spares to ensure effective stock levels.Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across all engineering areas.Communicate effectively across all levels of management and all departments in relation to any engineering activities and breakdowns.About YouMinimum of NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Activities or equivalent qualificationAn experienced Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role.Have a solid understanding of operation/function and repair of all machinery on site and plant and associated equipment.Excellent Organisational skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesWe are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
