It also has a superb place to work, with great students and a dedicated and committed staff team.Benefits with this wonderful position: ...DBS and school application supportOn-site parking with transport linksA supportive and friendly work environmentExclusive roles when you work with RandstadA dedicated consultant focused on finding you the right rolesOnline training platform with access to coursesRefer a friend scheme with a reward of £300 of shopping vouchersSome of your key responsibilities:To assist with the efficient running of the office, reception and undertake general office duties/assisting as requiredAnswer incoming telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, regularly checking the answer phone for messages whilst on reception and deal with accordinglyTo ensure that the main entrance and office areas are kept tidy, notices and parent forms are up to date in order to provide a clean and welcoming environmentMaintain effective, up to date filing systems easily accessible as requiredAdhere to secure working practices when managing visitors to the schoolManage distribution and collation of emails received through reception mailbox to relevant staff Record Parent/Guardian absence calls on SIMs and ensure that reason for absence and any other additional information is fully documented To be aware of and assume the appropriate level of responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and to report any concerns in accordance with the school's safeguarding policies and undertake an enhanced DBSThese are some of the requirements that we need from you:Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one Proof of right to work in the UK together with a few other documents2 recent professional referencescapacity to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic settingMust be a confident user of IT systems who records data effectively and accuratelyExperience using MS OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsRandstad Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
