TP Tutors are currently working with Schools and Local Authorities within the  Northamptonshire area . We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives by achieving their academic goals within English. This role may involve working with children outside of a mainstream setting. This role involves: Planning and delivering sessions to children who are currently working below expectations. Assessing pupils, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and planning next steps Applying a variety of behavioural strategies to ensure the children are engaged. Having an awareness of the child’s needs and interest, using this to create a child-centred approach to learning. Tutor Requirements: Professional Teaching Qualifications are  preferred  (Qualified Teacher Status, QTS). Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided) Professional references from your two most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.
