Page Personnel is supporting a Southampton based business with their recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a hybrid basis. The role is supporting with a finance project and works within a large team. Full training is providedboth in the office and remotely. The position is for 6 months to begin with possible extensions and internal roles available.

The client is based in Central Southamptonwith free parking a short walk away and excellent commutable links including public transport access.

Description

As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Clearing down a large volume of backlog
  • Calculating overpayments
  • Sending out letters to customers
  • Inputting financial information into the system
  • Using Excel to support with the above

Profile

In order to be considered for the Finance Administrator role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in an administrative role, ideally within finance
  • Be immediately available
  • Have a keen eye for numbers
  • Be able to work with large volumes of data
  • Be able to commute to the Southampton based office
