About your role-Management of UK & Eire AG dealer network-Day to day management & support of UK territory team x 5 & setting of annual objectives for the team.-Full responsibility for delivery of monthly sales forecast to ensure market demand & production capacity are aligned.-Ensuring overhead budgets & incentives are managed in line with budget.-Setting of dealer growth & market share targets.-Ensuring distribution coverage meets market demand & is correctly structured to ensure volume & share growth.-Ensuring appropriate marketing activity is conducted to support growth targets.-To accurately feedback competitive product activity & distribution changes of other OEM’s.-To liaise with JCB’s product teams to ensure that UK Ag market requirements are satisfied with new product launches etc. About youYou'll need to have significant knowledge of, and experience in the UK AG machinery (tractors preferred) industry. Ideally this would be at manufacturer wholesale level or alternatively at dealer/retail level. Either way you’ll be an experienced product & sales professional who understands capital equipment sales, sales forecasting, sales campaign development/generation, dealer management, dealer target setting, vendor finance, promotional activity to stimulate the marketplace & who can motivate dealer principles & sales managers to grow volume & share. You’ll have responsibility of the team from a leadership perspective and expected to be a mentor to support and develop the team to ensure succession.The role will be predominantly based at our WHQ in Staffordshire but will require extensive travel throughout the UK & Eire.
