Job description THE POSITION:Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) school in the Bridgwater area, on a long-term basis.Our client is a specialist in alternative educational provision for young people with special educational needs. They are in need of an experienced Teaching Assistant to join them on a long-term basis. With the complex needs of the students, we are looking for individuals who are capable and enthusiastic to work in a challenging but highly rewarding environment.We are particularly looking for individuals with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, effectively re-engaging them with their learning.
