Mindtech develop DataOps platforms for AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled visual processing. Mindtechplatforms include Dolphin for deep Dataset analysis and visualisation, coupled to Chameleon, a powerfulsynthetic data generation platform, creating domain-specific and matched training data.Mindtech products are used across several markets including document processing, safety, and security and in and around cabin. We work with many company types across the supply chain from semiconductor companiesto OEMs.To support growth, we are looking for a marketeer, who will work alongside the VP of Product Management to be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from corporate communications to product marketing.The Marketing Executive will report to our VP Product Management and work as part of a team supporting thebusiness development function with go-to-market activities created due to the exciting growth plans withinMindtech.

The Role

The successful candidate will• Execute and action our marketing strategy, for both corporate and product; to be Mindtech’s voicesharing our key messages across the ecosystem• Assist in the generation and execution of product GTM (Go To Market) plans, including generation ofrequired collateral such as drafting presentations, press releases and social content; specifying andcreating videos and product demos• Support in trade show preparations, including managing the process• Maintain the Mindtech brand in all internal and external marketing communications.• Analyse post campaign reports, report on KPIs and identify the effectiveness of strategies andcampaigns and implement recommendations• Work with our website designer to create engaging and informative content, reviewing and makingsmall changes, when required• Gain a thorough understanding of our market, products and services and stay up-to-date with industrytrends and regulations that impact our products and marketing strategiesAdditionally, it is expected that the successful candidate may contribute to the following areas:• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify our target markets, understandcustomer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape• Product Vision & Strategy: Help to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategyaligned with business goals• Internal Training: Share product expertise with the wider team through training and education• Product analysis: Provide competitive analysis to the sales team to assist their activities. Support ofsales activities with customer and trade show visits

Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, or an engineering role working closely withmarketing• At least some of the following skillso Proven experience of webpage/site creationo Proven experience of video editing softwareo Proven experience of desktop publishing/layout skillso Experience attending trade shows and interacting with customerso Understanding of Computer Vision and/or AI/ML• Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent English• Excellent time management skills to allow for working across multiple simultaneous projects.• Computer and systems literate with good analytical/numerical skills.• Ability and willingness to travel internationally• Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work

Desirable Skills

• Technical/Marketing degree or equivalent experience (for a technical background an understandingof sales and marketing would be expected, for a marketing background, some exposure totechnology marketing would be desired)

Alternatively an engineer in a customer facing role such as an FAE who has had experience of workingclosely with marketing.
