Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Develop sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide advice on financial matters, investments, and insurance policies.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and new products.
