KS3 Teaching Assistant

KS3 Teaching Assistant Location:  Sleaford Job Type:  Full-Time hours Salary: £85 - £100 Per day   Job Duties: Supporting the KS3 teacher in delivering lessons and educational activities Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support Supervising students during class and break times Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment   Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience working with children in an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team   Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Additional qualifications in childcare or education are desirable   Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery setting Experience supporting teachers in delivering educational activities   Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of KS3 curriculum and teaching methods Ability to effectively communicate with young children Strong organisational skills and attention to detail   Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification   Working Conditions: Temporary position with the possibility of extension Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Working in a school environment with young children   Why Protocol Education? : No umbrella companies Access to 50+ CPD courses to support your professional development £50 refer-a-friend scheme Dedicated consultant to help support you along the way   If you're interested, please apply with an updated CV!
